History of Knechtel
KNECHTEL is a full-service international food, confectionery and pharmaceutical consultant firm. After his early retirement from Marshall Field’s in 1955, Herbert Knechtel set up the company in Chicago, and in 1957 moved it to Skokie. Having spent the greater part of his life in the candy industry, Herb wanted to assist clients to spot opportunities and savor success in their endeavors!
